These are Seven Seeds which you must always have in the kitchen. these are:
1.Cumin (zeera)
2 Fenugreek (methi)
3.Caraway (ajwain)
4. Nigella (kilonji)
5. Mustard (rai)
6. Aniseed (sonf)
7.Yellow mustard (sarson).
The benefits of these seeds cannot be compiled in a page or two. There are too many. These seeds help in eliminating gas, formation of toxins, reduce stress and cut phlegm, to name a few benefits.
Keeping in mind that the food you prepare for your family and for your loved ones should be full of nutrition, health and be like medicine as well, is a little tricky.
To meet this goal it is always best to be innovative and make balanced meals. To make food medicinally fit is also an art. For example, when I make snacks and prepare late night dinners, I try to use all the above mentioned seeds as much as possible.
